I’ve been a Sugar Mill Storage customer since I moved to Longmont 3 years ago. The facilities are clean and well run. The site rules are fairly typical for storage facilities, but the onsite presence of management seems to promote high compliance. The customers seem to be the typical mix of contractors and folks in transition. There are a few classic and high performance cars stored there as well. Any issues seem to be quickly addressed. A gate code entry failure was promptly fixed and the system recently upgraded to new units. Diana (manager) is always quick to reply to my emails. I’m a free lance camera operator. As a side line, I repair and restore antiques. I also stored many boxes of photos (from the chemistry era).

Diana the manager was amazing. There were a few times where I was late in a payment and I would let her know about it and she was totally understandable. The price was good for the size we rented. It was a pleasant place to keep my items.

I had an amazing experience here! Nicole is an amazing manager and great at costumer service and treating people right. The first day I came in though, there was a man who's name I forgot but he wasn't so friendly and I didn't feel welcomed... however their price is great and after I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole and she made it all better. I highly recommend this place yet hope that the man that works there can be nicer to costumers.
