Moved out - watch out for monthly rate increases

I had been a good customer of this facility for three years. This facility has changed management since I first moved in. I would have given it 5 stars under the previous management, now it doesn't even deserve 1 star. In a nine month period, my rate was increased twice (with no notice): when contacted about the increase, the manager (Matt) told me he could increase the rates every month if he wanted to. When I went to move out, my belongs were covered with mouse droppings and there was a dead mouse in my couch. I contacted Matt and he simply told me to contact my insurance company and "thanks for the heads up" - not sorry or is there anything I can do? - horrible customer service. Also, I called the district manager for this facility three times (and left messages) before I moved out - he never returned my phone calls.

I can’t help but leave another 5 star review for this StorQuest location. I have happily rented a unit here for the last 5 months with no issue. This is a professional and accommodating facility that I would absolutely recommend. Johnathan is the man, he was incredibly helpful with the move in process, was happy to answer questions, and took great care of me each step of the way. To no surprise it was the same ease and comfort on my way out. I can’t thank Johnathan and the rest of the staff enough for the exceptional service and professionalism!

I had a great experience today and was given excellent service. I showed up to check out the size options, and I ended up leaving with purchasing storage unit space. Dawn was great! I've continued to have a good experience with the staff and service of StorQuest.

This StorQuest location is great, very clean and secure property with plenty of storage accommodation. The staff is also incredible, very professional, kind, and helpful. John checked me in and took wonderful care of me. I would highly recommended storage space at this location. Thanks again StorQuest!

I believe the manager is John? He was super nice and friendly, showed me 3 different sizes. The signing up was super easy. Feel like this facility is super safe. It's tucked away and you don't even notice it from the road. He checks the locks every morning he says.
