I rented a space while I am in Europe working for the US government. When renting the unit, I asked the person at the counter if my rent would go up. The response was "ive never seen it go up more than $30". So far, the rent has gone up twice in about a year. Started at 144.. 4 months later, increased to 183... 9 months later, up to 229. an icrease overall of almost $100.. SO FAR.... counter person clearly lied.. could have been direct. so now im supposed to have leave granted from the US government and go to colorado to move everything..? shady business practices at best.. Even attempting to log in to my account.. waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting... typical shady business practices. what else to expect other than needing rent increases to pay for a new boat or vacation.
