The facility itself is very nice and clean. My only issue was I requested a 10x10 and when I did the mobile check in they gave me a 5x10. Customer service was able to correct it eventually but through out the day when the facility was open I attempted to call multiple times and the property manager kept sending the call to voicemail but no voicemail was set up yet.
