Do not care about security - avoid

I do not recommend storing your belongings with this company. In November 2022 their main gate stopped working, meaning the facility has been open to anyone 24/7. As of the end of March 2023, the gate is still unsecured and is never closed. I had escalated my concerns to local management multiple times and they didnГўв‚¬в„ўt have any sense of urgency around this and kept saying the issue was to be fixed Гўв‚¬Е“next weekГўв‚¬Вќ. One of the employees even said to me Гўв‚¬Е“well, you havenГўв‚¬в„ўt been robbedГўв‚¬Вќ. They also have had issues with their lights being on at night which has added to my concerns regarding their security. They do have cameras but this does not prevent anyone from entering or exiting the facility. I even escalated to their corporate office multiple times and no one ever acknowledged my concerns or got back to me. If you search online youГўв‚¬в„ўll see this has been an issue in other locations and people have been robbed. There is a new manager at this location who does want to improve things but she has limited control and itГўв‚¬в„ўs clear this company does not care about the local security issues and IГўв‚¬в„ўd highly recommend avoiding them at all cost.

The manager on site, Kareem was helpful and had a great personality. The site was well-maintained and they were Quick to address any concerns. I would recommend them to friends and family in the area

I was recommended to Storage Sense by my brother-in-law. I am happy with the unit I leased, the location, and cleanliness of the rental facility. The price was also amazing compared to another facility that I toured before making the decision to go with Storage Sense. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Had items in storage for a few years and recently emptied out my unit. My problem is the lack of communication between management and customer. I understand that the manager is managing several other properties and without an assistant but not at all pleased with the drop in professionalism from the renting of unit to closing account. Also for renters, wait until you are close to the end of monthly payment before moving out, there will be no pro rated amount, they keep all of your remaining monies.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities are immaculate and there were plenty of carts and hand trucks to make moving into my unit as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Storage Sense to anyone but especially to other military members as they offer a great discount!

I was able to reserve a unit online very easily. Crystal called to verify, was super informative, and friendly. Guided me through what I really needed. I'm moving, I don't like to be away from my things but Crystal made me feel comfortable and assured me they would be safe. The grounds and unit are clean. So far excellent experience!
