Kareem & Marisa at Storage Sense deserve 10 stars! My first time renting a unit was the easiest thing to do. Recently I've had to rent a second unit for my mom's belongings which has been a hard time for me. The caring, patience, and understanding I was shown was above and beyond just setting a customer up with a rental. I still have my first unit, almost a year, and have never had any issues. I naturally have gone back for the second unit for my mom. I highly recommend Storage Sense for safe and secure units and wonderful customer service! Thank you Kareem & Marisa! 😊

I have been in these units for over 20 yrs! Since storage sense took over the property is no longer cared for!!!! Overgrowth, pot holes, leaks, rats, cars and trailers left unattended, cars parked limiting access, people living in the units!!! I have called multiple times and they give some crap about bids and nobody wants the job!! However, the good news is they raise the rent every year claiming “rising costs” but don’t put a dime into this property or the units. Also, they are by far and I mean far the most expensive units in the area. Two of my friends and others have bailed since the new ownership!! Deplorable!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!! Slum lords no doubt.

I liked being able to access my storage whenever I needed to. Some of the aisles were kind of tight and my movers had a hard time getting out in a 24 ft Uhaul truck. The door on the storage had to be propped up but to be fair, I never asked for it to be repaired.

Very chaotic when trying to get to the unit after renting a unit speaking to someone. Once I got the unit, I found other people's items still in the unit. Very hard to get someone to speak to about it, afterwards. I was unable to use my rented out unit for 5+ days. They prorated some of the costs to mitigate, to make up for my lost time. Essentially, they probably should have done more. Seeing it delayed my movers from doing their job by 6 days. Since then, I haven't had an issue. Time will tell.
