I was very happy at first. I got a good price at $119, but within a month it doubled to $220. Now I can’t get in to my storage unit. There’s 3ft of snow in front and the door is iced shut. This is 5 days after the storm and the snow should be shoveled. They’re not answering the phone. I’ve been chipping away at the door with an ice scraper. Is it my responsibility to shovel? I pay $220 a month. That shouldn’t be the case.

David DiazKai is great! I have been storing with this company for over 10 years. And Kai has been nothing but nice to me throughout my stay here. I've been reading some of the recent reviews, and I'm a bit confused. How can somebody with 970+ excellent reviews all of a sudden, get 11 bad ones, something is not adding up! I know for a fact that Kai has been on vacation for the last 2 weeks, and some girl has been managing her sight, and the girl that has been managing her sight is very rude. So to the people who are writing these bad reviews about Kai, need to do their research because she has been with the company for almost 10 years and has never gotten a bad review until now. Corporate needs to fire the person who is making Kai look bad. She manages 2 sites by herself because the rude girl they have helping her does nothing. Kai cannot be in 2 places at once. Corporate needs to hire Kai better help. It's sad that the poor girl can5ecen go on vacation without someone bullying her. Karma is real. Keep bullying an innocent person. You REAL customers love you Kai and we got your back
Phyllis RainesKai is the sweetest girl. My husband and I been storing here and the enfield location for 10 years and Kai is nice just like Gayle was. You can tell she loves her job and she is excellent at it. Nowadays you can’t find good customer service and extra space storage hired a good one.
