Terrible. The staff might be good, but the company is terrible. These reviews will change after they get their first rent increase in 3 months and it's $100 more. Never using Extra Space again. You will all learn.

This was our first time using a storage facility, and the experience couldn’t have been better! Being so close to home made it incredibly convenient to access our belongings whenever needed. Bill was a lifesaver—he worked with us during tough times when prices increased, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his understanding and flexibility. When it came time to move out, Liz made the process seamless and even pleasantly surprising! The storage space itself was always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with carts, which made everything so much easier. We stored our items for almost two years and always felt confident that everything was safe and secure. A huge shoutout to the crew for keeping everything organized and accessible. If we ever need storage again, we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable, clean, and supportive storage services! Thank you and Happy Holidays!
