Its ok. It was a real hassle to find two suitable spots. The first Prime place gave me two together, and I signed up. Then a past customer demanded the spot so I got bumped. Went to another Prime location and got spots. Gent there very nice. Driveway to the back where my spots are is really full of dips. Have to very careful with a boat a low prop. Security looks good, gate works well.

So easy to sign up over the phone. Shout out to Ed at the main office, and huge shout out to Sid at the New Milford office. He is great on the phone. He should train and on board all of your new hires.

Absolutely disgusted that I've been in the unit less than 2 months and they sent me notice of the rate being raised, by a substantial amount. To begin with, when I initially called to rent a unit, I requested a 10' x 10' storage space. The cust svc rep asked how much I had and I told her maybe 3/4 of a 12' x 12' box truck. She recommended that a 5' x 10' would be big enough, so that's what I rented. Well, a 5' x 10' was not big enough! But, I was in a time crunch and had to return the moving truck...so I rented a second storage unit, so I could finish unloading the truck. I thought I could leave my things in the units a few months, since the rates were so reasonable and now they've raised them, so it's become a problem. I'm so frustrated and aggravated, because now I can't afford both units, when I only wanted one to begin with and I don't know what to do, because I currently have no other space for my belongings. I don't appreciate being put in this situation, just a couple of months after relocating. I feel they pulled a "bait & switch" on me and I intend to get my things out of this place, as soon as possible. They're going to lose a customer.
