Fees are steep and when faced with medical issues which resulted in financial difficulties, they would not work with me at all to reduce the late fees or give me any consideration thereof. They ended up getting all of their money and what worked out to an extra 75-100 PER MONTH IN LATE FEES Sick. Absolutely sick how they extort money out of someone who was a great bill paying customer who lost their vision 4 months ago due to medical issue and can't work. Seriously when money became tight they bled me almost 100 extra every month. It's nauseating how they punished me
