Easy checkin - reserved the unit online in the morning and it was ready when we arrived. The space was very clean and the loading dock with carts made the move very easy. Highly recommend!

The best customer service I have ever received. The Newark, DE location is the best yet. I have been an intermittent customer for years and have never received such exceptional service. Thank you ladies (Modi and Sunny). I have to add that the establishment was clean and I felt safe. I have to add that over the past years maybe approximately 5 or 6. No one EVER told me about how my homeowners insurance would cover my storage unit. All I had to do was bring in my policy. Like I said in Newark, DE they went above and beyond.

Storage was clean, easy to get to , well lit, lots of carts to assist and staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable . 5x10 was perfect to store a full bed, dresser , coffee table, desk and some other miscellaneous from my daughter's freshman year until she can move into her apartment.
