I had a great experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The move-in process was simple, the unit was clean and secure, and access was always easy. Staff were professional and responsive whenever I had questions. Move-out was just as smooth — no issues, no surprises, and everything was handled clearly and efficiently. Overall, a very reliable and well-run storage facility. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing storage. Dj was also amazing walking me through the move-out process.

Overall, the storage works well for what I need right now. The month-to-month rate did increase significantly, and the notice was sent by mail, which wasn’t very helpful while I was traveling and unable to check my mailbox. That said, the team was very helpful in setting up a transfer to a smaller, more affordable unit. They made sure the new unit was on the same floor, which made the move much easier. I really appreciated the assistance and responsiveness of the local team.

The facility itself is clean, well lit, easy to access, and meets all of my needs. But as often happens, and as I was warned by friends, when my promotional offer expired my unit price practically doubled in one month. And the physical mail notifying me was sent to my old address, which is always convenient. The team member I worked with was straightforward and helped me apply for a lower rate and look at other options. But it still feels very frustrating knowing that they have other ways of contacting me in their system and they conveniently do not do that. This is a review of the industry, per se, and not the team members, who are just doing their jobs and honestly probably aren't paid enough to make sure I don't get fleeced. They did warn me though that this will keep happening every months as the facility reevaluates the market rates for the lockers.

I’m out of out of state and the staff, they assisted me in understanding the process and provided me with the information I needed.
