I have been using this storage space for a year and a half and the ExtraSpace Storage team has always been helpful, from when I moved in, to whenever I had issues with my online account, to when I moved out. When I moved out of my unit, Deejay was incredibly helpful and kind. He ensured I was able to access my unit after trouble with the access code, and even stayed a bit after office hours to help me close out my account. He went above and beyond! I would 100% use this space again and recommend to others.
