It was my first time using Cube Smart. I have used a couple of others in the past that were not good. "Q", and Chad both were excellent. They answered my questions, showed us our unit and we were in and out very quickly. Their process was so simple and easy. They gave us water, opened the doors , they get a 10 + for service and excellence. Thank you very much. So clean as well.

The management was very kind and helpful throughout our time renting. We rented a 5x10 for nearly 2 years and the experience was very convenient and easy to navigate. Only complaint I would have is the price, but you get what you pay for! The place is very clean and management is professional and attentive. You can ensure your stuff is secure with Cubesmart.

Everything was always clean and in working order/ carts available and never had any issues with other tenants. A code is needed not only to get into the building but just to get on property which made me feel safe when I was working on organizing my stuff there. The app worked well for billing but it wasn’t hard to get in touch with a real person when I had questions. I moved out on a weekend and forgot to turn off auto pay and they refunded me no issues. Very nice experience

I stopped in for the quickest and easiest sign up with Q. She made it effortless for me to simply stop in, pick a room, & be on my way with the rest of my day. She was extremely patient while I was deciding on which storage size to pick & she was knowledgeable with explaining the process for me to come in to my storage space & the surrounding of the building. She was a very joyful person to work with during a stressful day!
