I have been a very satisfied customer for the APOPKA SELF STORAGE. I moved in to store items for my daughter and her fiancé while they lived with us until they moved to North Carolina. I have rented UHAUL trucks from there to move items in and out and even to bring a lot of items to their large outdoor wedding at a local event facility on a ranch overlooking Lake Apopka. I have had the pleasure of working with the property manager Bryan May on several occasions for all my needs including trash removal approvals. I am a recently retired Operations Manager/5S Consultant. I have had hundreds of employees that I have managed and mentored for over 37 years, the good, the bad, the driven, the ones there just for a paycheck, just for insurance, for other reasons etc. In my opinion, the Property Manager at this location should be someone that UHAUL should use to set an example of how to properly work with customers. He did exactly was he was taught but did not over upsell like most companies try to do to get more money and have bonuses based on sales. Been there, done that....
