It is a good place to store your extras. My complaint is they raise the rental fee by10-20% per year. The site manager, Anthony, was very helpful when ever I called or needed anything onsite. If I could rate him 5 stars I would.

Today I had one of the best customer experiences ever at CubeSmart Self Storage on Mayport Road (2383). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine respect, warmth, and camaraderie by the concierge and management team — especially Anthony. He made me feel truly welcome, almost as if we’d known each other for years. In times like these, it’s rare to encounter a business that carries such a home-like, comforting atmosphere, but CubeSmart does exactly that. I’m grateful for the positive energy, the professionalism, and the sense of security they provide. I look forward to a long business relationship with this location, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, secure, and uplifting place to store their personal belongings. The Cubesmart’s Manager, Anthony was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable during my 11/18/2025 visit to the Cubesmart located at 2323 Mayport Road at Pan Am, Atlantic Beach, FL. Anthony took the time and effort with me to determine the proper size of the storage unit for it’s intended purpose, and to physically show me the three (3) 10’ X 10’ storage units that he determined to be available. I conveyed this information by text message directly to my active duty U.S. Navy son (the prospective renter) whose military duties prevented him from being with me at the time of my visit. Anthony subsequently provided a 2nd tour of the same three 10’ X 10’ units for my son who was finally off-duty in the late afternoon to make a choice. Anthony is awesome! His customer service is amazing and a very nice guy. The units are well maintained and he makes sure that his customers belongings are secured. My husband went in to to get a bigger storage unit and he thought it was that day but Anthony was on top of things and reminded him as soon as he came in and told him it wasn’t till next week which I thought that was great customer service. I definitely recommend everyone to Anthony.
