Gate is always broke & unsecured. My RV was vandalized 2 weeks before I moved out. Rent was increased 68%, within 6 months. They tried to charge for the month AFTER I moved out on the 09/27, claiming my code was used on 10/03. (Even though the gate was broke and open). If you have issues, nobody wants to help. Save yourself some self inflicted pain and go elsewhere. For RV storage, go 3 blocks north & you will find a better, cheaper and more secure facility
Erin MacRented the unit online seeing the main pictures, should have looking at Google maps. Drove over there with a uhaul trailer filled my my deceased MIL's belongings. Found out the until was part of the "old" units, they looked like the ones I just pulled this stuff from in the mountains of VA. Run down and gross. The "new" units not gated sit in front of the old ones making it look newer. The back fence is falling down so there is no security in this facility at all. I didn't even move in, I did the "move out" same day and now I'm being harassed that I didn't secure and lock up the unit.
