In addition to finding the perfect space to meet my needs, he went over the access to my unit, provided a tour, and answered all my questions. The building is tidy, well lit, and climate controlled. Sarah, the manager at this location, is fantastic! She always greets us with a friendly smile and a genuine hello, and takes the time to ask how things are going. The office is always tidy and welcoming, with merchandise thoughtfully displayed. We recently had an issue with a neighboring vehicle in the storage area, and Sarah was incredibly responsive — she handled it quickly and professionally. The location itself is also very convenient, right off the turnpike, and offers great amenities including an RV water fill, dump station, and electric + covered parking for a lot of spots.
