Just rented our 3rd unit with Public Storage and this location was by far the best one. The manager Patti was wonderful. She was so welcoming when we first arrived and was so helpful and sweet during the whole rental process. We chose this location because of Patti's great reviews and the cleanliness of the facility. I have rented space at many storage facilities and must say that the customer service at this facility is outstanding. Patti is personable, professional, prompt and will always answer questions and assist without any hesitation. Recently, there was an issue with my credit card where payment was not made and she communicated with me prior to the late payment date. Obviously, this was very helpful and appreciated because the other storage facilities where I have rented would never have contacted me prior to the late payment date. If you want friendly and professional storage, then this location is the place for you.
