My experience with the staff was excellent. When I first contacted them they did not have space available for the size I was looking for and then as soon as one came available they contacted me and I was able to rent that unit. That was very professional of them to take the information and get back with me as soon as something became available. It was so appreciative for that and I highly recommend using their storage I’ve been with them for quite some time and I’ve changed the size of my units based on the need of the time so I’ve got large than what small and now I’m going a little bit bigger now.

Kesha was awesome to deal with explained everything perfectly and quickly came in for a unit and was loading my belongings into it within 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and nice units. Moving carts could be slightly longer for larger objects like mattresses and such but other than that great

If you want to wait for and talk to a virtual manager to help you with your storage rental or U-Haul, this is the place to go. The once used desk where a real person could assist you is vacant and empty. Not the customer service experience I wanted, so I chose to do business elsewhere. And their storage rates are more expensive than others.
