The staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist with anything I need. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in top shape and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and spotless storage option!

Had a great experience at Value Self Storage in Clearwater! Paula was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The units are clean, air-conditioned, and easy to access. Fast service and a great location too. Definitely recommend! I can’t forget to mention that the prices are extremely reasonable — I’ll definitely be a long-term customer.

I needed a second unit on the same floor I currently had one and Frank took care of everything I needed! He even stayed a little after the time he was supposed to be finished up for the day to make sure I was all set. He was professional, efficient, and made everything really easy. Great place!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The name is deceiving, because I thought that it would be cheap looking and bare bones. It’s actually fantastic, and looks more like a five star hotel for your belongings. The corridors are white and bright with polished concrete floors. And, there are amenities that I’ve never seen at any other storage space. The first surprise was two loading ramps that bring you right up to the elevators. They also have more carts than I’ve ever seen anywhere. When I put my hand on the cart handle, it was cold. That was a nice surprise, because I’ve always found my climate controlled storage spaces to be climate controlled for a reptile, not a human. They offer units that are Handicapped accessible. The office has two massive security screens, since they have dozens of security cameras. Paula, the Manager, is extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Late Monday afternoon I told Paula that there was a small problem with my unit, and I had an email and voice message on Tuesday morning that it was already resolved.

My first storage unit experience ever and it was top tier. When my house flooded last year and I needed a storage unit, the staff at Value Store It on Seville Blvd. were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. The facility is so clean and well maintained and the process of moving in and out was a breeze. Paula and Frank were so amazing to work with and over the course of the year they became my go to for help with anything. If you need a storage unit, this should hands down be your number 1 choice.
