Let me start off by saying I'm giving five stars to 1099 South Congress in Delray Beach Extra Space Storage. I had a great experience so far.. I chose to store my vehicle there not only for the security and safety and great pricing for a 12 ft by 24 ft unit that they provide but what really made me rent a unit there was the store manager. Her name is Diane she was not only professional but she absolutely knows what she is doing for once someone knows their job and Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have her work for them she is a complete asset . she not only took pictures for me of the unit I'm renting she put a lock on it and she will hold the keys for me until I get there for my unit and she assured me that it was spoken for she made the process very easy for me and I am very grateful ..thank you Diane and thank you Extra Space Storage for providing customers piece of mind.. I also look forward to meeting Diane in person instead of on the phone LOL..

Diane the manager is amazing, her customer service skills are off the charts, she is very nice without being pushy and if you need anything after you rent she is always willing to help. I love stopping by to make my payments, I feel like I’m visiting a friend. The facility is clean, well lit and I never had any problems. I would recommend this place and Diane.
