She went above and beyond to make sure my unit was prepared prior to my move in date and I appreciate her efforts. The facilities are clean and the hours are convenient for us late workers. The entire process was incredibly simple and easy, starting from the online booking all the way to move-in. ​A few things that really stood out: ​Customer Support: When I struggled with my lock, the staff was right there to help me figure it out immediately. ​Accessibility: They have fair prices and the freight elevators made moving furniture to the upper floors a breeze. The hallways are wide enough to navigate easily, and the provided moving carts were a huge help. ​Top-Tier Security: I love that you have to enter your code for both the building entrance and the elevator. It makes me feel much more secure knowing that my items are well-protected and unauthorized people can't just wander the floors. ​Highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and user-friendly storage solution!

Very positive experience with Cube Smart in Gainesville on 13th St. Facility is clean and safe - triple security measures in place. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped us close our account when we emptied a no longer needed unit. We expected a major headache (like cancelling a gym membership) but it all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend and use again if we ever needed a storage unit.
