This was my first time getting a storage unit, and Raa guided me through the whole process with kindness and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, he assisted me when my unit's door got stuck, and he helped me carry boxes that I purchased out to my car. The entire process was a pleasure because of Raa's knowledge, warmth, and assistance. I would recommend this StorQuest location to anyone in the future, because Raa gives excellent customer service!

We had a very pleasant experience renting here at this location. Everything went smooth from move in to move out. We would like to thank Raa the manager for helping us out so much in the end. We definitely recommend this storage facility!

The staff was nice, friendly, but have not fixed the light in my unit 2 weeks later. I found out after I rented the unit and upgraded that it is NOT 24 hours, as advertised on the website!!!!

I love supporting an old family businesses. Their prices are great and the owner is so easy going and friendly. I support spending money on local family businesses, and not national chains. The family has had a business on this lot since 1930 and there has been a storage unit facility here since the 1970s. EDIT I wrote this when it was owned by the McCoy family. They sold it to a national chain, so my review is not relevant, but as of now they have not raised the prices .
