Had a great experience at this location- site manager was very insightful and helpful. Bathrooms are clean at all times which is appreciated and I feel really safe coming at night on my own which is always a plus as a woman. I’ve often even seen hollywood PD stationed outside.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. they have been 20 break ins in the past year and managment does not care. they have not added cameras after all this break in. inside where the units are only like two cameras per floor and the place is big. only camera inside elevetor and 1 by the entrance of elevator. no cameras in the hallways. no precense of night security even after all the break ins. i lost over 15,000 in merchandise.

In my entire life I've never left a review but here it goes. I was conflicted as I like to look for options to see if there are better ones around but what made me choose this service was Laura!! Laura was EXTREMELY patient with me even when I was not fully understanding what was going on, She was informative, patient and kind, she is definitely one of the most professional and patient customer service representative I have ever come across. Kudos to her!!
