This is an overlooked excellent warehouse. I came here by chance because of moving, and I feel that their service is very good. The charges are transparent and there is no forced consumption, such as buying their locks, forcing them to register as users, or forcing them to charge processing fees. This is the best self-service warehouse I have ever seen. I highly recommend it.

I have had Storage Express since 2014. Ms Heidy started the year before that there. Let me tell you that every time I call she knows exactly who it is. Whether its myself my mom or my sister. Shes ALWAYS treated us like we are family. Super helpful. So it Robert (i dont remember if thats his name) but always sweet always helpful never a dull moment.

I wanted to share my experience with Storage Express in Hollywood. I’ve had a storage unit for about 7 years now, we recently had to get another storage unit. I’ve worked with Heidi now for all these years and I have had nothing but great experiences with her. She’s professional, friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. I’ve met some of the other members of their team and again nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend if you need storage for short or long periods to come in and see Heidi.
