Karola is the GOAT of storage units. I came in stressed with way too much stuff and no clue what I was doing—and she had me squared away in minutes. Super friendly, super efficient, and somehow made renting a storage unit actually enjoyable. If Karola ran the DMV, the world would be a better place.
