I have been with UStor for many years. I trust that my items are kept safe as well as dry. In a past unit some of my things were damaged from a water leak. It was my grandmother's sewing machine and it ruined the wood on one side. This unit was in Orange Park. I've been happy with UStor and even though the price has gone up it is still a very reasonable amount for a 5x10 unit. I appreciate the management being very professional, helpful, and always polite. I would, and have, recommended UStor to friends and neighbors. Thank you, Angie

Been here 15 years. Never a problem. The live in management couple have aways been available. Very well lighted and property is clean and gates well maintained. I highly recommend this storage facility! Ron Perry

Only stored our valuables there for one month. We discovered one of our boxes engulfed in termites! Ruined about $300 worth of valuables. Note, that you sign a waiver stating the facility has no insurance coverage, so that backfired on me. But when called the desk to let them know there is an infestation of termites in their unit. She said it wasn’t their problem because of the waiver signed. No apology, no offer to take a look to see if they can resolve the infestation….nothing. She just said I could use her dumpster if I wanted to throw away our damaged valuables. Avoid unit L7 and L8 at all cost!! When removing our items today, oh I realized the pattern of stain concretes of past cardboard boxes that were ruined from other infestations prior to mine. Yeah, they keep renting it out! Avoid this place!
