I would give it zero stars if I could they tripled the price after I’ve only been there three months I feel scamed. OK To follow up, I went over there. They were very kind to me and they took really good care of me and they understood how I felt and I really appreciate what they did.. so happy that they made it right I will stay with them. Jessica, the manager was wonderful.

I have known Jessica at the Jensen Beach Prime Storage since the day they opened and I rented space. I went to that location to deal with an issue today. She was unavailable at the moment and I met and was assisted by Greg. Greg clarified the issue and I left with all being acceptable. After arriving at home, Greg reached out to me by phone and explained that after speaking with Jessica, they went to bat for me and further sweetened the pie with my issue. Greg and Jessica went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I couldn’t be happier with the result and their support.

Besides Prime Storage being the cleanest storage facility we have ever used, the manager Jessica is absolutely outstanding. She is always helpful and personable. Last week I asked her if the contract lawn care service company would trim the bushes next to our RV and she actually trimmed them herself! This woman is a gem!

I stopped in today to possibly rent a storage unit. And I was greeted by Jessica. What a wonderful, kind, and professional person. After meeting her I had no doubt that I was going to rent at Prime Storage. The facility was so clean and well maintained. I look forward to storing my personal items there.
