I am thankful that Mr. Kirk was at the Stewart public storage facility at the time I needed help . He came to my rescue lol and helped me with the reassurance that my unit was okay to still use when there was a couple little screws missing. He gave the reassurance that all is safe and well! I actually have got a bigger storage unit. And moved my storage unit to jensen beach area!! Mr. Kirk is very polite, kind and generous. He was very informative about my storage space and has excellent customer service skills and is very patient. I do truly appreciate him and his professionalism! Thank you Kirk! See; I'm in the process of multiple events happening in my life currently! A very exciting journey and events !!! Lol Having the ability to be able to utilize a storage place for my personal belongings has absolutely helped me have more control over how my day-to-day adventures unfolds. Lol Getting the storage unit here at public storage has helped me feel more welcomed here in florida, where I now call home !

I had an awesome experience with Kirk! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made the whole process super easy. He took the time to walk me through all the unit sizes, helped me find the perfect one for my things, and even made sure I understood how the gate access and security system worked. The facility itself was spotless, clean hallways, well-lit, and I really appreciated the climate-controlled units. Kirk went above and beyond by offering tips on how to stack and store my boxes efficiently (never thought I’d learn storage hacks!). Customer service like this is rare these days. You can tell Kirk genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his job. Highly recommend this location if you want a smooth, stress-free storage experience!

We were shopping around, stopped in and met the manager who was helping at that location, he was very prompt and very friendly, shared with us how to book our unit online and save some money. Big kudos to Captain Kirk as some things come and go but good customer service always carries the day. Excellent experience.

So I went into the office to rent a unit and Kirk the property manager was busy with an older gentleman helping him with his account. The older gentleman was not very good with technology, so Kirk kindly helped him through the process.
