Every one Please read with a calm mentality. Please understand my concern 🇺🇸🫥I feel mislead I was charged a lock fee over the phone in order to start my rental agreement. I was told even though I have my own lock. I still have to pay for the lock fee while over the phone. Then was told when I show up to the building to prove that my( brinks security lock fits then they can give me my refund back. As I understood I was told I can receive cash back from a representative for the extra space storage lock. 🇺🇸 1 why charge me for a lock over the phone then tell me you are going to give the money's back to me. 2 Then tell me to use it toward another month as a credit or put it on a debit card. (Eddie Is not Listening👂🏽) 3 when I stated it's an emergency reason why I needed my 20 dollars 4 I drive 2300 miles from Utah and I really needed my money. 5.When I tried to explain to Eddie. He responded and said,You are angry. 6 No I'm just filled with confusion and thoughts of their dishonesty. 7Which cause mental health disorder when not treated with respect. 8 It causes a breakdown of emotions when you feel as though you have been deceived Now I feel everything is my fault and now I feel I have to apologize for being a customer. 9 Im sorry!! but this storage is just for emergency not for fun. I don't want an enemy I am in need of kindness and support. 🇺🇲 Thank you if you understand my concerns and is willing to address (((The lock)))without deceiving the public. I was told I can receive cash it is only the right thing to do without anyone firing back with a guilt trip of explanation of why they had not so good intentions to be (DISHONEST) when the time come for you to respond to my Google Review 🇺🇸 I have NOT broken the seal on the lock. I still would like to have my $20 back in cash. It should not have take this long. 🇺🇸 I really didn't want to make a review. I feel like I really had to I waited peacefully.
