4 stars I doubt it after 3 months they went triple on storage had to call every month to get an explanation why . Then when I moved out all my belongings were destroyed with mold mind you its climax control paid over 200 for a rental truck to take all my molded items to dumpster. Now the insurance company wants receipts lol which they don’t ask when you’re paying a monthly fee. I have a balance of 39 bucks for taking long to move out in the first of the month it would had taken me an hour to move out but the boxes kept falling apart from the mold and water damage. The nice mgr has yet to call me and show any concern for my loss property. Don’t let the 4 stars fool You. If anyone wants to see my damage property lmk I’ll send you pictures

The price increase for the quality of the place is to the point that your better off choosing the other facilities in the area. I have been making payments on time every month for a year and a half now, was originally $140ish for 2 units, then jumped to $170ish, now it's at $232 a month, I tried to discuss the price increases with the staff but after speaking with 3 different people, Spencer, Josh and Hunter, I never got any call backs and they just charged my card without contacting me as promised. I will be moving my stuff out in the next 2-3 months anyway. The owner may get this last $500 out of me, but he won't get any future business from me or anyone I know.

No notice of latest price increase. I started at $85 now $126.50. I don’t see this price listed ?? Horrible accounting especially if you pay outside of their website. I use my banks auto bill pay and they always tell me they didn’t get the payment and will auction my unit. The maintenance of the property is horrible (NONE). NO security cameras and a hokey chain link lock on the gate. Yes, I am working towards a quick exit. Store your stuff elsewhere.

I rented a unit to store our families belongings after my father-in-law passed away and when we showed up with things that meant the world to us I was shocked and appalled at the condition of this place. It looked like a ghetto. We opened our storage unit and it was full of garbage trash and discarded things from the previous tenant. Not only that but there were discarded couches furniture trash all over the entire property. There's no security. There's no one there to talk to. You can only reach them by phone. If you care about what you're storing don't put it here. Luckily our movers suggested Southern self storage and we immediately went there instead. It was climate controlled had cameras everywhere had a keypad to sign in and it had someone that lives on site in a beautiful clean facility that is well managed. If you care anything about what you're storing do not go to Lady Lake Self Storage.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had on the phone. This “manager” more or less verbally assaulted me when I was just trying to get a quote. Her phone etiquette needs a complete overhaul. Just for that fact, I’m going with another company.
