Excellent Extra Space Storage facility! Kim, the store manager was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient . She took the time to show us different sizes. She even recommended one that was smaller and more economical! In other words, she did what was right for us. (the customer) We visited different storage locations and this one was by far, the cleanest one we saw! I highly recommend doing business with them. Her assistant, Andrew was also very knowledgeable and helpful as well!

My wife and I went to Extra Space Storage after visiting other storage facilities and we immediately noticed the difference here compared to all the others. Kim, the store manager and Andrew, her assistant were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. We immediately noticed how cleaner their storage facility was. Kim took us for a tour twice and explained the process as to how we get into our individual storage container, etc. She also suggested a more economical solution for our needs. Choosing to stay with this location instead of the closer one after moving has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They genuinely care about their customers and never make me feel like just another number. Kim and Andrew are always so patient in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I know it might sound crazy, but I’ll be moving to a new state someday, and I never imagined that changing storage places would be something I’d actually dread. It's so hard to find a place that values you as a person and customer the way the team at this location does. I’ve even started looking at housing options with more storage so I won’t have to find a new place. After being spoiled by them, I don’t think any other team could measure up.
