This is not so much a review of extra storage specifically, but more a specific staff member that has made my storage experience fantastic over the years. Wanda, specifically has been so helpful to me over the years that I have had multiple storage units with this company. If it weren't for Wanda.. I probably would have moved long ago, but she has been so helpful and incredible over the years, consistently. Much appreciated Wanda and also to Extra Space Storage! I Can't thank you enough!!! I'm going to give this review five stars and it's not so much for the facility which IS nice, well kept and well situated with a convenient location on ,Lantana Road. But let's face it. A storage facility is just so much concrete block and steel doors, but itĺs the management that gives it the human touch and provides the subjective experience. This place is very well managed by Wanda, who is professional , efficient and formidable. Yet she has a kindness to her that really shines through.It makes you feel so much at ease.A kindness that you don't generally see with upper management personnel. She's a person that really enjoys her job.And it shows in everything she does including going to out of her way to accommodate you in every way possible.So I suggest , urge , and beseech you to stop by this facility and let her take care of your storage needs before you go anywhere else. I have found my experience there to be the most pleasant everAnd it's all thanks to Wanda the corporatevexecs at Extra Space should be proud of this rock star they have and the level of customer service she provides.

I want to take a minute to recognize Wanda Paul. I have been a customer for 23 years and Wanda has been by far the most friendly, helpful and professional store manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all this time. In this day and age, it difficult to near impossible to find great customer service but Wanda is the true definition of just that! You need to have a Wanda at every one of your locations!
