I cannot say enough good things about Extra Space Storage at 5219 Aquarius Blvd in Lake Worth, FL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help that you don’t see often anymore. The store manager, Kate Bass, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the whole process of renting a unit simple and stress-free. Kate went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. The property itself is very clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. The units are easy to access, and the whole facility feels safe and organized. If you are looking for storage in the West Lake Worth area, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Kate Bass…. she is professional, friendly, and truly cares about her customers. The assistant Jaz Johnson was also involved with assisting me and what a blessing she was! Very patient and knowledgeable in everything pertaining to my unit. What a great team! Thank you!

I currently set up a business account with a locked into your rate with the storage facility in Lake Worth. I must say it is the cleanest the most organized storage facility I’ve ever used. I will also say, Kate, the manager at the Lake Worth branch, exceeded my expectations. More than professional, and went out of her way completely to make sure I was happy and satisfied answering every single question thoroughly so I understood. I do not see myself going to any other storage unit. It is great to have great service and have people like Kate serving you with all of your needs!

Used Extra space in the past and always had good experience. Stay away from public storage. There is not a person on the property to talk to when you have a problem. They owe me a $211 refund and still haven’t gotten it.
