I rented a unit with electricity and lighting, when the company was called “Lakeland Mini Warehouse” and then the new company cut my lock and looked inside my unit without permission, and evicted me for having power and lights… also charged me $780 instead of the usual $200…. Amongst other major issues, such as roaches and garbage piled up, I would recommend any other storage company

Had my enclosed trailer with tools and valuable items stored there for a couple of years, I get a call regarding moving it, I said I was out of state and not even a week later it gets broken into and almost everything taken and the rest left scattered on the ground. I go there make a report and the lady working there say oh we found the lock broken and on the ground then say we found it unlocked. Changing her story multiple times then refused to give any surveillance footage then she say the cameras were down we got no footage. Everything told me she was involved I wouldn’t recommend this storage for my worst enemy

This is the worst storage place I have had a unit with them for 2 years now .well since the new owners took over they raised my rent on me from 136 to 178 .band they didn't give me no wiring or anything I could have moved my stuff found a different place .last month I was over a day and it cost me 166 so a 30 dollar late charge for 1 day . Stay away from this place I am getting my things out of there this month I had to pay the 178 or lose my stuff pulse they make u take inc on your unit even if u don't want it's on your bill . But they don't even give proper receipt with it all on there . They are liars cheats ...
