My wife and I got an auction unit. Noah got everything in order for us quickly and very informatively. We get auction units on a weekly basis and Noah was the most polite and professional of any of the storage associates we've dealt with in the past. Give him a raise!! Great place

I’ve been having a good experience with Public Storage, but today even better at the N Nebraska location in Tampa, FL. The Rep in office understood my concerns and solved them. She was very knowledgeable about my questions and the company. I was able to move into a new unit and move in smoothly. She made sure it was in the same isle of my old unit.

This location is suffering from extreme lack of maintenance, front entry doors don't operate properly, and allow anyone in. Both elevators were out of service for almost two months. This cost me hundreds extra in movers cost to have items moved from upstairs. Avoid this location, and store elsewhere, there is plenty of other options in the surrounding area.
