The facility is conveniently located and always tidy. There are gates and multiple access code points so it always feels secure. Plus, its right near a restaurant which also means some foot traffic that feels comforting when entering at night. Tom is the general manager and he is 5 stars across the board. He's helpful, logical & understanding. I needed to move units to a smaller one and he helped ensure I got one as close as possible to my current unit so as not to create unnecessary elevator trips while honoring the great rate I'd gotten online. My only reason for 4 stars is because I wish there were more lights surrounding the units so it's easier to see when inside of them.

Tom and Juliet are super friendly and helpful. Tom has been great when I’ve had him show me numerous units when I was changing units and getting another one. The place is well kept and there are cameras everywhere so I feel safe. I’ve been using CubeSmart off and on since it was built 7 years ago. It’s more convenient than the one across town. I highly recommend CubeSmart if you need to store anything short or long term!
