I've rented storage space from Extra Space Storage in several locations in PA and FL. My experiences have always been excellent! The facilities are safe and clean and the people I have dealt with have always been top-notch. My longest experience has been with Extra Space Storage on Ulmerton Road in Largo, FL. Jared in particular at that location has been most helpful to me so a special shout-out to him! He and the company have earned my loyalty and I highly recommend them!

I can not say enough Good about my experience with this property, today 1/24/27 I needed to change my unit size and Jarred made it a piece of cake! Always clean, indie and out the place is well maintained . On 1/12/26 I had a ton of questions about my current unit and rate change, Sherry took the time to walk me thru all my options and assist me in my next steps. It’s January 2026, and we’ve been with Extra Space Storage since August of 2023. Jared has been great from the first day. I can’t tell you how nice our facility is…you could almost eat off the floors they’re so clean (you know what I mean!). Having a storage facility that has A/C in Florida with good lighting, huge elevators and a bathroom is wonderful. We travel a lot and are in and out of the state. Now that we’ve re-settled, we just vacated our units and the process was seamless. We so appreciate Jared and whoever owns the ESS franchise in Largo, FL. Thank you!
