We were long-term renters at this business, since 2016, and recently went in and found rat excrement inside our climate controlled unit. Fiberglass insulation was also found on the floor telling me they are in the ceiling. While removing our items from the unit, I found family photos and paperwork that had been chewed on by mice or rats. The buildings exterior doors do not lock, or even latch for that matter, which allows anyone to enter the buildings unnoticed. This used to be a place that was safe and secure, however it is no longer.

M with a seemed too good to be true add but I checked it out anyway and was more then surprised when I learned that they pricing advertised was correct...the 2 staff members live on site (well 1 does anyway) the gates are open 6am-10pm ..this is the only discrepancy between what the online ad said..we decided to rent anyway and , she showed us the unit before we signed and we were glad because it was way too small..we end up getting a small garage sized, floor level, unit from feb-apr 1st , adding in the rental insurance & 1 time administrator fee for a total of 57.00 that's including tax! If you need some extra room definitely check them out!

Teresa in the office is amazing she is very kind, has patience and is understanding. She is an amazing asset. The units are affordable and nicely kept even if not I'd still go here just for the great customer service.

The people at Storage Rentals of America are very professional and hooked me up with a unit in a few minutes. The rates are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and efficient. They allow you to bring in your own lock so you don't have to buy one from the facility which was a nice break on the price. The units are clean and you choose your own gate code as well so you can remember it easier. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit. Paul F. Sebastian
