This place sucks. Here's 8 reasons why: 1. Their contract essentially removes any rights you may have as tenant. 2. Zero light on the property 3. Prices change monthly. 4. They will NEVER answer the phone/email, but if near rent due date, you can expect daily phone calls/email/texts. 5. Property hasn't been maintained or updated in decades. I had to unseize the rollers on the door because they were so rusted. 6. People consistently park in front of the gate. Gate sensor requires several attempts to trigger the gate to open. You can only leave the facility by vehicle. No pedestrian exit. 7. No restroom that I could find. If it exists, it's not clearly marked. Even if it were marked, I'm sure it's gross like the rest of the property. 8. The entry/exit is littered with 8" deep potholes. Bonus: Their website is the absolute worst. Always seems to be down towards the end of the month...when payment is due. They do this, so you will sign up for autopsy and just charge you whatever the hell they want from month to month.

Store has everything you need from uhaul to storage. The property was clean. Li and Ladarius customer service was friendly and welcoming & they seemed knowledgeable when answering my questions.

I strongly advise against using ClearHome Storage (2371 U.S. Hwy 98, Mary Esther, FL 32569) due to their unethical pricing practices and misleading business tactics. They increase rental rates at least once per year, sometimes multiple times a year, with no valid explanation beyond "rental inflation." When customers question these excessive price hikes, they refuse to discuss or justify the increases. Storage units are supposed to provide a reliable and affordable solution, but ClearHome Storage takes advantage of customers who have no choice but to accept the higher rates or go through the costly hassle of moving their belongings. This is a classic example of price gouging and unfair business practices. To make matters worse, despite their many low-rated reviews, they only showcase 5-star reviews on their website, misleading potential customers into believing they have a good reputation. This is deceptive and further demonstrates their lack of transparency. If you’re considering renting a unit here, beware that your rent will likely increase frequently with no warning and no accountability. I have already filed complaints with multiple consumer protection agencies regarding their predatory pricing. Save yourself the frustration—take your business elsewhere!
