Once I arrived to move belongings into the unit, I immediately realized I needed a larger unit. Tom was happy to help. He made sure to allow my movers to review the unit as well, to ensure the truck load would fit. Karen ensured the upgrade was documented and charged appropriately. The day was very hot and Tom offered complimentary cold water--a godsend. Both of them were friendly and professional on a day when I really needed it [a lot had not gone as planned]. Their customer service guarantees I will always return to their location any time I need a storage unit. And I'll definitely recommend this location of StorageMart to my local friends/family. CarissaUnit was clean. And so was the building every time I went there are some dollies to use while you’re there which makes things easy. It’s well lit and climate controlled. If I need to use storage in the future, I will definitely go back here.
