Had an amazing experience. Check in was quick , easy. Devin the manager was friendly and knowledgeable explained everything easy to understand. He gave me a complete walkthrough directly to my unit explained entrance access points. CubeSmart was recommended to me from another customer who I know and I wasn't disappointed Thank you Devin for job well done I would definitely recommend

Viera, FL. The staff is always extremely polite, helpful, and pleasant. They took time to show me a couple of units to help with the decision of size needed. I like that you have a unique coded access to the building. I like they have flatbed carts for patron use. I appreciate the ease of payment options. Definitely give them a try if you need a storage option.

Great experience overall. The manager, Devin, is fantastic—super helpful and easy to work with. The facility feels very safe and secure, and it’s reassuring that someone is on-site at all times. Location is extremely convenient, the place is well laid out, and pricing is very competitive compared to others nearby. Highly recommend.

We are overall very happy with this facility. We are renting a climate controlled unit at the Amsdell location. It’s very clean and cool in the unit. Management is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are 2 carts to carry your possessions in and out of the facility. This is okay if you’re the only one there. But usually someone else is there. There are also bathrooms at this facility. The biggest complaint we’ve had so far is arriving only to find their internet was out for a full 24 hours and we were locked out of our unit! We drive 50-55 minutes one way to get there. There was a note on the door but, no notice online or in our email or a text. It would’ve been good customer service to have given a text. I was sent a text asking me to provide this review. It would’ve been nice to have had a text notification that I couldn’t get in that day. But instead I wasted 2 hours time and gas going there and back.
