I took advantage of there online special for $49 . Keys and everything we're waiting for me when I got there. Nicole the person who works there showed me how to use everything as far a the codes etc. My storage was clean and spacious. Move in on Saturday was a little busy but Nicole helped make it go really smooth. The boxes are are a little pricey the clothing ones especially but I needed them. You can get the other some where else cheaper. They also have mattress covers which was convenient

I had an excellent experience thanks to Nicole. She was super nice, professional, and made the whole process easy and smooth. She speaks both English and Spanish, which really helps and makes a big difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about helping. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommended!

BEWARE! Do not use this place. After being a customer for more than 2 years. My belongings were stolen from my storage unit. When I tried to access my unit, my key did not work because the thief had changed the lock. When I asked the staff for help, they told me it was probably that I was using a different key and suggested I call a locksmith to remove the lock. I had to pay $120 out of pocket. Once the locksmith opened the unit, I noticed that many of my belongings were missing. I filed a claim with Orange Door Insurance. They required a police report, a detailed inventory, and invoices for every item. After providing all of this, they denied the claim, stating there was “no force of entry” and therefore calling it a burglary that was not covered. Completely useless insurance. The police report states that the same happened with other units. This was a waste of time and money, and I do not feel this facility is secure. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
