Getting a unit was a breeze online. When I went into office, I met Sara. She was so nice and helpful. I only needed a short term rental and it was perfect for my needs. Checking out was just as easy. I would definitely use this facility again & also recommend it to family and friends. It's affordable and extremely clean. Sarah was a pleasure to work with!

Listen extra space storage has been absolutely amazing. The manager there Sarah she goes above and beyond and she's just wonderful with her customer service. It was so easy convenient in and out no problems and I love that. As a person who's busy on a regular basis it's nice to finally be able to get a company that works with you and not against you on everything that you need done. Very very satisfied with Sarah the manager she's been absolutely wonderful and I definitely advise anybody looking for storage to go with extra space they have been absolutely awesome. Our experience with this company has been great. We have been customers of several local storage facilities. This one is BY FAR the BEST! Clean, nicely kept grounds, easy access gate and unit entry and plenty of exterior lighting for when we had to get into our unit after dark. However the best part of this location is Sarah. She's very knowledgeable, easy to contact and made it super easy to secure our first unit. And when it became time to transfer to a larger unit, she was right there to help. I have been using this storage Facility company for over a year and a half now and Sarah makes sure I am made aware of possible increases to the rent, if there are any issues I need to be made aware of and if there are any promotions in case I need to change from the unit I currently have. Sarah goes out of her way to make sure the rental experience is the least stressful part of moving stuff around.
