Recently had to extend my storage for another 10 months. Ismael and Frank were very friendly and helpful. I recommend paying in advance if possible. This location is clean and has working wifi and cell service inside the building.

I rented two units at this facility for about four months. What followed felt unfair, confusing and ultimately dishonest: • After one month, both rents were raised significantly (nearly doubled in one case) without any notice that I received. • When I told them I’d be vacating the units on October 15 (called in to confirm before the payment day is October 12), I verified beforehand with a staff trainee. I was told that since I’d be leaving mid-month, the rent would be prorated from the 15th. • I followed through: I called before the payment due date, and I showed up on the 15th, cleared and cleaned both units. At the desk I spoke with “Frank”, who confirmed there was a note about my call. • Despite all this, I was charged the full month’s rent for both units. Frank then said one of the units would be refunded; the second would not (he cited a “low amount” reason). • So: massive rent increases without notice, misleading verbal promise of proration, documentation of my intention and timely vacating, yet only partial refund on one unit and none on the other. Bottom line: This company misled me, failed to honour the agreement they verbally made, and charged me unfairly. I do not recommend renting here — unless you want surprise rent increases and broken commitments.
