I was having a rough day being that I lost the keys to my storage unit. I ended up having to pay a private locksmith $130 to get into my unit. Afterwards I into the kiosk to get another lock in which I was informed the location was all out. I was given a number to call to get information on another location that had some available. I was connected with Ebony Allen who provided exceptional professional and very good customer service. She informed me that in fact it was locks available at my location and was able to get me one so I could lock my unit. Thank you Ebony Allen for your help.

Public Storage is genuinely a straight up scam. My rate started out at $150 and has increased every single month and now I am up to almost $210 in six months. They legitimately do not care about their customers and are just straight up greedy, it’s disgusting. I’m not the only one dealing with this. My significant other and my family member are also dealing with the same thing and we all use Public Storage in different locations. I get it, it’s stated in your contract that everyone is subject to an increases and that there will be a notification 30 days prior to the increase but for the love of God, why do you have to increase it every single month?!?! This will be the last time any of us use Public Storage. There have even been some complaints about people getting locked out and having to call a locksmith and pay an absurd amount of money out of pocket which unfortunately, I dealt with that situation. Public Storage really does suck. I know they can be so much better, people would actually stick around longer, will they ever change is the question?

I have loved using public storage so far. The facility is always clean and well kept. Edgar the maintenance guy is always does his best to resolve any issue we may run across as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend this facility.
