In response to a review left by Miss Sneed (my daughter), I personally rented that storage building and paid for it for the first three months to put her stuff in it, since she had been evicted from her residence and had no place to put her furniture. Shawnah was not present when it was rented but gave her information over the phone. However, she was supposed to be reimbursing me by allowing me to put some of my things in there and making the $12 per month payment and missed the very first month. When we went up to get our stuff out of the storage room, there was a padlock on it. Cecilia was not working at the time that this occurred so I contacted the main office who told me how much money it was going to cost to get the padlock removed. We then had the storage building transferred over into my name with Shawnah’s permission and she was present at the time the transfer was made.. I have rented storage buildings at this facility for many many years and no personal information was given out without permission. Cecelia is very friendly, helpful and professional.
