Just rented a space. The facility in Palm Bay is very clean and well maintained. Good camera surveillance for security. On-site management is very responsive, communicative and supportive. They were able to help implement a last minute change required with both enthusiasm and understanding. Great team, real people who care and are engaged.

We have been customers for a few years and have been very happy with the facility and management. The space is clean and well lit. It is easily accessible and there are several carts available to help move belongings between vehicle and unit. Although they have attempted to raise our monthly rate a few times, a quick phone call to discuss has always resulted in a reversal of the rate increase, keeping our rate the same. We highly recommend this storage facility.

Would definitely not recommend based on the customer service they have there on site. The location is newer. They used to have a couple guys that worked there that were very easy to get along with and there was an older lady. That was there. There’s a younger girl there now that is very difficult to communicate with and talk with after repeatedly asking multiple times or just what we were offered upon move-in and did not happening we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere would definitely not recommend this place. Too many options out there at the same or better rate.

Mr. Kevin and the staff at extra storage located on Palm Bay Road palm Bay Florida, were excellent in the time I rented my space .. Me. Kevin was very very helpful when I was in a bad time . HE worked with me as long as I kept in touch which I fail to do at one point . He never gave up on me, he helped me out .. he went above and beyond ..but the type of person I got to know ... He is a Good Honest ,Kind ,Caring Person. AND in this day and time that's hard to find .. anywhere... We were in a jam December 31, 2025 and needed a storage unit. I was renting long term here before. We met Kevin who was great to talk with and he was very helpful. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and maintained. The storage unit was clean with the welcome package waiting for us in the storage unit. The elevator, hallways, grounds were extremely clean. I recommend this climate control storage unit.
