I went in the morning to secure a storage unit to store my items and vehicle. Gabby was super nice and efficient. The process from start to finish was smooth and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit that is both secure and affordable.

After researching and comparing pricing and reviews online, I contacted Extra Space Storage's toll free number. The CSR was kind, courteous and knowledgeable, and not only located a facility with climate control, she was able to get me a really great price for the rental. The facility is very clean and in excellent condition, very secure, and staff are friendly and very helpful. There are one-time fees; since I was given special reduced pricing, I was not eligible for the first month free, which is fine with me. I was glad to be able to rent a unit quickly. The manager at the location I use in Palm Bay is very kind and helpful! She will work with you on the monthly rental rate if she can. She is very fair and thoughtful

Here in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area there are many storage unit options. But for a truly great experience, go see Gabby at the Extra Space Storage location on Robert Conlan Blvd. It’s easy to see that Gabby takes great pride in her job and makes the whole process painless. A well earned 5 Star experience for me.

Extra Storage staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable. Gabi is very helpful and patient as I was unaware of their process and guided me on what I need to do to transfer my storage to a smaller unit. Our family is very satisfied.

My cousin and I have units and are happy that we have chosen them. So far it has been great. The facility is always clean, ventilated and not stuffy. The people that work there are extremely helpful, if there's is an issues they are always ready to help.
